To ensure complete client satisfaction, our Building Service Program is structured as follows:

Service Programs are carried out by bondable employees.
Service Programs are supervised by one of our experienced Area Manager or Area Supervisors. Area Managers & Area Supervisors conduct inspections, manage work assignments, and make periodic adjustments to the Service Program to customize it to our client’s specific requirements. All Area Manager & Area Supervisors report to the Operations or Branch Managers.

SUNNY S.

Sunny is strategically leading and coaching the Cleaning Services Management Team and is responsible for effectively managing staff, external service providers, processes, and activities involved in the provision of outstanding cleaning services for entire province under the umbrella of Star Facility Services, Inc.’s Facility Management Solutions.

Sunny’s overall responsibility is providing excellent leadership to all Cleaning Services Management Team members (Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaners).

VIRGINIA TAYLOR

Virginia is responsible for planning and developing strategies and systems for the effective management of a cleaning services program that strives for continuous improvement and supports the Star Facility Services goal of consistent cleaning standards, excellent operating procedures, and best practices.

Virginia leads a team of collaborative and coordinated team members. Virginia is also responsible for developing and overseeing plans to manage end-to-end facility management processes in all commercial facilities.
